Making Money Is Easy
Raising money for your group or organization is fast and easy when you hold a Sub or Pretzel Sandwich Sale with R&K Subs! Normal profit per Sub or Sandwich is $1.50 to $2.00 dollars, so get everyone involved in the selling process and you could reach your financial goal in no time!

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR FUNDRAISER

Determine Your Selling Price
Your Fundraiser can include a variety of Subs, Pretzel Sandwiches or Kaiser Sandwiches (listed below) for people to choose from. Your cost is $3.00 per Sub and $2.50 per Pretzel or Kaiser Sandwich. We suggest you charge $4.50 - $5.00 per Sub and $4.00 per Pretzel or Kaiser Sandwich.

*Effective January 1 2008, the cost for subs will be increased to $3.25 per sub.

Do you think your fundraiser order may exceed 500 Subs and Sandwiches? Please call us at (717) 838-5907 for information on volume discounts.

Determine Your Selling Dates/Delivery Dates
Determine the date you wish to receive and distribute your Subs and Sandwiches. Once you receive confirmation from an R&K Subs representative on the scheduling of your fundraiser, you can contact the rest of your group or organization, and begin selling. We request that your grand total order be submitted to R&K Subs on the seven days before your delivery date.

To help you guage the length of your fundraiser, we suggest that your Sub Sale begin 2 – 3 weeks prior to your order submission date (which is seven days before your delivery).
